| The Hawks were back on the court Saturday for the second game of the Michigan Lutheran HS tournament. The Hawks were battling for a consolation win against Howardsville Christian. Although the Hawks shot better from the floor than they did on Friday, this time going 18 for 47 they still fell short of a win falling 70 to 41. Despite the loss, a milestone was reached when at 1:02 left in the second quarter Ryan Schaffer hit a 3 to push his career point total over 1,000 points. That is great accomplishment early in his senior year with the rest of season still to be played. CONGRATULATIONS RYAN!!! |
