Hawks News · Varsity Girls Defeat Southfield Christian

The Varsity girls used a 32-16 rally over the middle two quarters to pull away from the host team and earn a 46-24 victory Tuesday night.  After a sluggish first quarter that saw both teams only score 4 points, the Hawks came out flying and hit a couple shots to get the rally started which continued into the 4th quarter as they closed out the game on a 10-4 run.  Balance was the key on offense as Sophie Doehrer and Kim Beckerman each had 10 points, Autumn Cramb and Dana LeFevre each had 8points with Cramb adding 8 rebounds and LeFevre 9 rebounds.  Emily Haines had 6 points and 5 rebounds. Chloe Wellday added 4 points and 6 rebounds.  The Hawks look to add to the winning streak of Friday.
