Varsity Girls 46 – Livingston Christian 29
The Hawks came out on fire in the first quarter, taking a 23-5 lead and never looked back. After the offense cooled in the 2nd quarter, the Hawks went into the locker room with a 31-12 advantage. Livingston Christian battle back in the 3rd quarter cutting the Hawk lead to 11 at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Hawks outscored the home team by six in the final period to notch the 17 point victory and improve their record to 2-2 going into Christmas Break. The Hawks had great balance with 9 girls scoring. Dana LeFevre led the way with 10 points, followed by Callie Doehrer (7), Emily Haines (6 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 5 steals), Sophie Doehrer (6), Autumn Cramb (5), Chloe Wellday (4), Maddie Wellday (4), Annika Van Loton (2), and Allie Prieskorn (2).
Varsity Boys 50 – Livingston Christian 41
After the first two quarters of both teams trading baskets, the Hawks found themselves down 20-19 at halftime. The Hawks came out in third quarter and scored four baskets on their first four possessions to take the lead. It was a lead they never lost the rest of the way, leading at the end of the third period 33-16. The Hawks made 8 of 13 free throws in the 4th quarter to earn the well earned team victory 50-41. Logan Schliewe led the way for the Hawks with 16 points. Josh Taube added 14 points and 6 rebounds. Zac Ott contributed 7 points and 5 rebounds. Jonathan Tosto added 6 points and 5 rebounds. Logan Kittle (4 points) and Cameron Ohlsson (3 points) rounded out the scoring for the Hawks.
Livingston Christian 50 – JV Boys 39
Jack Beeskow scored 19 in the Hawks loss, while Andrew Olson added 16 points. Colin Krzeminski rounded out the Hawks scoring netting 4 points.
