The Hawks volleyball team traveled to Lutheran High Westland to take on the Warriors in the District Semi-Final.  The Warriors jumped out to an early lead in game one 11-3, but the Hawks rallied back on strong serving from Kate Beckerman to take the lead 15-11.  It was a back and forth battle from there, with the Hawks losing 23-25.  In game 2, the Warriors had all the momentum and won 25-11.  The Hawks came back in game 3 ready to fight.   It was a back and forth start, until Lexi Schliewe came to the service line and helped take the lead 18-13, in the next rotation Beckerman had another strong run, extending the lead 23-17.  However, the next 2 servers for Lutheran Westland helped rally the Warriors back, with the Hawks losing 24-26.
