Varsity Girls Start Quick and Cruise to Victory

The JV Girls game against River Rouge at HVL on Thursday, February 12 at 5:30 has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.  The Varsity Girls game will be played that night at 7:00.

Changes to the BasketballSchedule for Homecoming Week !!!

With another snow day today, changes had to be made to the basketball game schedule for Homecoming Week.  The JV Girls and JV Boys games that were cancelled for tonight have been rescheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 4, at the same times (JV Girls -5:30, JV Boys – 7:00).  This means that the Varsity Girls

Varsity Boys Out-Rebounded in Loss

JV Boys Defeat Baptist Park

The JV Boys were victorious against Baptist Park 40-25 despite being out rebounded 61-20.  The Hawks gained their advantage from the floor where they shot 38% compared to 19% for the Wildcats.  Jacob Hodgson scored 10 while Cameron Chrispen added 9 points and 7 rebounds.  Andrew Blackwood had 6 points as did Matt Baker who

The Varsity girls ended up victorious Tuesday night at Greenhills defeating the host school 49-48.   The Hawks had a 1 point lead at the end of the 1st quarter which they extended to a 6 point lead at halftime.  After being out scored 20-10 in the 3rd quarter, the Hawks faced a 4 point

JV Girls lose to Greenhills

Greenhills jumped out to an early lead and the Hawks could not recover Tuesday night, falling 35-19.  The Hawks leading scorer was Andrea LeFevre with 8 points.  Other scorers for the Hawks were Rosie Runstadler with 4 points, Kim Beckerman had 3 points, and Chloe Henson and Alex Hanselman each had 2 points.
