Softball Defeats Oakland Christian; Finishes 2nd in Conference

The HVL Softball team walked away with a 19-4 victory over Oakland Christian on Tuesday.  The team combined to draw 16 walks. Hannah Wellday led the Hawks with 3 RBI’s. Softball Loses Close Game to Inter-City Baptist

Softball lost a tough one on the road to Inter-City Baptist, 8-6.  The Hawks jumped out to a 4-0 lead after the top of the third inning. Inter-City rallied scoring seven runs in the third and fourth innings.  The Hawks closed the gap to 7-6 in the top of the fifth, but couldn’t get any closer.

HVL Softball 15 – Greenhills 4 The Hawks cruised to an easy victory over Greenhills 15-4 on Tuesday.
